Personality:  Helpful, kind, protective

Abilities: creates ice, can freeze anything, immune to cold, frost breath, breathe underwater, change sizes, can take the cold away from creatures, can read minds, able to hide his demon mark, can heal wounds using ice/frigid water(though he can only heal physical wounds such as cuts, gashes, broken bones or sprains), Deep Freeze, ice barriers.

Deep Freeze: this freezes the entire area, including the air.

Facts: Also known as the 'ice chilotaur', Tobi is the most well known predator in all of Adele, in the sea included. He's known as a protector, since he defends humans from other predators, as well as predators from hunters(such as if hunters try to kill predator children, or eggs) He is also a predator, but he does not like the taste of meat, and he can't handle warm foods, so his primary diet is of fish and fruits/vegetation. He does not eat syphidous either, since he doesn't eat sentient beings. During his younger years a seal was placed on him by Dark, and the seal was placed while he was trying to shift to his demon form. As a result, he was stuck in limbo of demon form and his normal form, which can be seen because of his eyes. The seal was later taken off by Dark, but Tobi's eyes never returned to their normal green, so it's believed he's stick in limbo of his demon form and normal form. Because of this, if his emotions get too riled up or if he's severely stressed, he'll lose control of his ice powers and they'll go on a rampage. It's rare for this to happen though. Tobi specializes more in defense rather than offense, his ice even able to withstand flames. Despite being the elemental opposite of Shadow, the two of them get along rather well, helping each other out if need be. Before Shadow met Leanne, Tobi was taking care of her and looking out for her in her younger years.

More Facts: Tobi is the most seen/used character in Adele, normally having him show up to deal with a crisis or helping to heal characters. All of the other characters in Adele know Tobi and is either a friend or acquaintance of his. Tobi had the seal on him in the beginning of our RP, so he appears timid and meek at first when encountering Shadow but as time goes by and his seal was eventually removed, Tobi's normal behavior began to show.
